What makes Valiant Hearts a great place to work?

We're on a clear mission

Our goal is to walk alongside survivors of exploitation and trafficking as they begin a journey of healing and restoration. We want these brave women to know that we are with them for the long haul!

We have a history of hope

Since 2011, we’ve served over 450 women from the Dallas-Fort Worth area and are one of few organizations providing stabilization for women in crisis.

We value and take care of our team

We offer professional, personal, and spiritual growth because a healthy team can serve more, and serve better. We offer paid time off, self-care time, and telehealth services (dependent upon eligibility and job classification).

What will my daily experience at Valiant Hearts look like?

While every role is different, each team member prides themselves on taking action to help women impacted by trafficking, stripping, or prostitution.
Listen

We seek to understand each other and the women we seek to help.

Take Action

We work on the front lines of a big and ever-changing battle. We are quick to complete our work, learning and iterating fast.

Show Love to Others

We are empowered by the Holy Spirit and living in agreement with the Word of God. Although we are not perfect, it's our belief in Jesus that makes what we do possible.
