We believe that we can make a real difference in the lives of the women we seek to help.
We're hard-working and ambitious, compelled to ignite hope to end sexual exploitation.
Our calling is not easy, but a privilege. We treasure each journey of healing and restoration.
Serving the women we seek to help is an incredible privilege and calling. All applicants must agree to our Standards of Ministry, attached to the end of each application.
We offer professional, personal, and spiritual growth because a healthy team can serve more, and serve better. We offer paid time off, self-care time, and telehealth services (dependent upon eligibility and job classification).
We seek to understand each other and the women we seek to help.
We work on the front lines of a big and ever-changing battle. We are quick to complete our work, learning and iterating fast.
We are empowered by the Holy Spirit and living in agreement with the Word of God. Although we are not perfect, it's our belief in Jesus that makes what we do possible.
