There are immediate opportunities to help women experience freedom.

Volunteer

Our work relies on the dedication of our volunteers. Help with events, outreach, office support, and our support groups.

Provide a meal for a support group (25 ladies) who meet weekly. A main dish, side, salad, and dessert offers warmth and focus.

Invite friends, neighbors, family, and co-workers to learn about the work of Valiant Hearts, from the comfort of your home.

Host a Speaker

Spread awareness at schools, work, churches, or civic groups. Invite Valiant Hearts to come speak.

Become a Partner

We partner with businesses, churches, and other local organizations to help heal, restore, and empower

“I don't know where I'd be if it weren't for Valiant Hearts. I was homeless, had a terrible credit score, and needed a place to heal ... I found Valiant Hearts and because of them, I was able to heal. Today I own a small home, have a full-time job, and have a thriving life that I didn't think was possible."

Healing, restoring, and empowering sexually exploited women

Traffickers prey upon individuals with a history of family violence or child sex abuse, drug dependency, homelessness, and social isolation. Manipulation, complex trauma, and systemic barriers keep women vulnerable.

At Valiant Hearts, we support survivors in North Texas by providing trauma-informed emergency housing, crisis response, advocacy, and support groups so every woman can experience true freedom.
